Shipping policy

Al Dukkaan offers three safe and convenient methods for receiving your order:

  • Delivery to your door - We courier directly to your door, anywhere in South Africa. All delivery details are provided at checkout.
  • Delivery to your closest PUDO locker - Your parcel will be deposited to a locker closest to you. This is the cheapest delivery option and completely safe and reliable.
  • Collect - You can collect from our collection point (currently only in Newcastle KZN).

Our picking, packing and delivery is linked to what you order, where you want it delivered or collected and how you choose to pay. Delivery times may vary. Here are estimated times but these may vary:

Newcastle: Same day delivery

Dannhauser/Dundee/Glencoe: 2-3 working days (48 hours from confirmation of order done before 11:00am)

Durban: Approx 2-3 working days (48 hours from confirmation of order done before 11:00am)

Johannesburg/Pretoria: 3-5 working days (Confirmation of order done before 11:00am)

Cape Town/PE: 7-14 working days (Confirmation of order done before 11:00am)

Other regional and remote areas may vary and can take from 3-14 working days depending on the location

COLLECTION:

In order to ensure the best service, you are required to provide a pick up time so that we can ensure your goods are prepared for collection. For this, you will have to contact us on whatsapp or via call/email. Pick up can be arranged between 9:00am - 6pm Mon-Fri. We may also allow pick up on weekends/public holidays depending on order availability and team availability.

DELIVERY:

- Order Tracking

We will provide you with a link to track your parcel from the moment it has been logged to the system until it reaches you. We also make a note for the delivery person to call or message before delivery, but this may vary.

LOCKER DELIVERY WITH PUDO:

 This is a hassle free, easy as 1,2, and 3 service provided by The Courier Guy which is cost effective.

Step 1: Place your order, select the PUDO Locker option in shipping, and insert your address.

Step 2: Our team locates the nearest locker to you, and will inform you where you can collect your parcel.

Step 3: Simply locate the locker, insert the secret pin for your parcel, and collect!

This service is R50 and allows for upto 60cmX60cmX40cm box up to 20 KGs per locker.
